I got this for my mother for her hand surgery. She said it was comfortable, sturdy, and she could sleep in various positions. It is very easy to use, all you have to do is attach the smaller pillow to the top of the bigger ones with the included velcro straps. Almost the entire sides of the larger pillow are velcro so you can adjust it how you like. It is a great pillow for a great price. The only downside she said that it smells pretty bad. Luckily you can remove the covers and wash them.
I broke my wrist and had to have surgery. I ordered two different types of pillows like this, and this one is by far superior! If you need to keep your hand elevated for whatever reason, this one is very lightweight, extremely soft,and comfortable.
